This website design and online shop was created for Clinical Skincare. a new and emerging company who specialise in skincare products and skincare advice. They had no presence online so it was our job to get them up and running with a website and branding that matches their goals and aspirations.
THE RESULT
The website looks simple and clean with a strong focus on pushing the products forwards to increase sales online. Although the website looks simple, it makes use of a number of ecommerce features that are helping the company grow, these include:
- Automated email marketing for existing clients and follow-up order reminders.
- Customer loyalty reward system for opening an account, referring a friend or leaving a review.
- Order tracking so customers know the status of deliveries.
- Client login area to re order
- Coupon code discount functionality for existing clients
- Electronic and physical gift cards
